Privacy

Short version: we store the rules you write and the delivery log for those rules. Nothing else.

What we store

• Your workspace and channel identifiers, so the bot knows where to post.
• The rules you create: schedule, message text, and who is assigned.
• A delivery log of the bot's own messages, kept for 90 days.
• Billing email, for paid workspaces only.

What we do not store

• Channel history. The bot reads replies to its own messages and nothing else.
• Attachments or files.
• Direct messages between members of your workspace.

Removing your data

Removing the bot from a workspace deletes the rules and the delivery log for that workspace within 30 days. To request an immediate deletion, write to the address on your invoice.
